My gosh....sorry i haven't kept u all posted about my world! I actually have lots to write about...but i guess i've just been super duper lazy lately...not just not havin time...but..hmm...i dunno....so, again, my apology.
Where should i start off??!! Xmas season @ work went quite well...to say that we were busy2...yeah...but not overly crazely busy! But after that...just the day after New Years Day...geezzzzzzz...it felt like it was a stand still...no one was shoppin..cuz the all went broke..he he he...
So, for NYE 2008 (new years eve)...we just spent it @ Tante Yuli's house..of course a lot of people were there...good food...good music...and it was nice being around the family. I had wanted to go to the Embarcadero for NYE...cuz all this time, i've always spent it home..cuz i didn't want to mess with all the comotion in downtown sf....this year udah planning...even meeting up with my co-worker, but it turns out a bust...so..whatever lah..
All in all...it was good NYE...anjeli was dancin like crazy..it was very cute! Parisha also stayed up till midnight...i guess she didn't want to miss the action too..he he he...
I know everyone i'm sure had made a new years resolution. I have always made one...but, of course, most of the time it never goes as planned. This year, i didn't quite make one...so, i don't know if u want to call this a new years resolution...but, hopefully this year we'll be able to travel to the east coast...i've been to most of the states here on the west...but i've love to visit the east...so, we'll see...hopefully soon! Hoping to do so after i file my tax return! cha ching...cha ching! he he he...
Again, several weeks ago...Steven visited SF by surprise..he had something to do here just for a couple of days. I was @ work, i had stepped out for a bit...and when i had came back..there's steven sitting inside the office! I was like "heeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyy!!" Yah udah, jadinya lunch bareng deeeehhh...along with Ariya diiiiii...of course mana lagiiii....Borobudur.
Malemnya ketemuan lagi deh...and pergi clubbing deh kita ke Ruby Sky...anak2 stay with my mom pastinya! =P But, were missin one person..and that's Yani..hu hu hu...i had brought along my friends from work...since we left quite late...we really didn't get to really enjoy the club...but it's oke...getting to spend time with my ex roomates (steven & ariya) was good =)
Thao, Adriana, & MoiPulang2 laperrr booowww...but we couldn't stop and eat...cuz anak dua ini (temen kerja mxdnya) mo pulang...dan because mereka tinggalnya di east bay...yah, i had to drive them home 1st..sampe dirumah dah cape n males makan...yah uwes...tidurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr That was a friday night...
So, the next day (saturday) I was invited for binggo night with my other co-worker, Michelle. I know..i know...i'm sure u all must be thinkin' cuz i said the word "Binggo" all ya'll are like...that's a nenek2(grandma) game. I must say..it's known for that...but it's not. It was ladies night for us. No kids, no husbands...just ladies...kickin' back playin binggo, drinking champagne, eating eu dourves(makanan kecil)...and of course chit chatting...just havin a good time =) There were bout 8 of us... Vanessa, Jojo, Michelle, Carla, Adriana, Susan, Dionne(host), Chantel (i think that's how u spell her name) and I. That night was fun and seru...n yg pasti bikin temen baru! =)

It was another loss to the family. Mba Shinta..She has been battling with her diabetes for so long....she was going through dialisis...one after the other...n i guess it just took a toll in her body...a lot of people came to her funeral...after the funeral..Tante Yuli had a small get together in remembrance of her..
She was laid to rest at Cypress Lawn Cemetery in Colma, California

That same week Parisha was hit with a very bad cold...well actually it started off with a cough that didn't go away after 3 weeks! So, i had called her doctor and scheduled an appointment. It turns out Parisha had caught Bronchialitis and she was weazing on top of that. Dr. Woo had prescribed her the Albuterol spray(for asthma) to tame her cough & her waezing. Before we had left...he said if Parisha acts up with a fever bring her right in again. Eeeehhh...that evening she had caught a fever. After all this time she didn't....so of course, sure enough the next morning i took right in again...this time the Dr. Woo checked Parisha thoroughly again...so, the cause of her fever was because she was developing an ear infection...duuuhhh kasian deeeehhh anakkuuuu...hu hu hu...she had lost so much weight. But the good thing about Parisha, when she's sick...she's still active, dan mo makan & minum, not lethargic.
The reason why she lost so much weight is cuz...when she coughs...she coughs so hard that whatever she eats it comes out again....yah gituh deh...jadi dikasih antibiotics. Now she's ok...tapiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...sekarang gantian kakaknya, Anjeli sakit! It came out of nowhere...she's paying sana sini...and the very next day...langsung deh...bawaannya tidur mulu...that's when i knew she's getting sick. she's been running a mild fever these past couple of days...one day she'll be fine but @ night she'll be running a fever...hopefulyy it's not going to last too long the fever...if so, i gotta bring this lil chika to the doctor!

Today was Jeffry's birthday...but tahun ini...was a bit sepi. Usually, there's a tradition where we'd surprise whomever has a birthday @ 12 midnight...rame2 with friends. But no, it was just the 2 of us this year plus the kids. =) Dan..this year was a bit hard for me of what to get him for his birthday! He has to many shoes, clothes n so on. I had asked him what he wanted for his birthday months before...and of course as usual....he says he doesn't want anything. But u know deep in their hearts they do. Who doesn't right???? C'mon it's a birthday!
So, I got lucky...Jeffry is a basketball fanatic! Those of u who's jeffry's friend here & back home probably knows what i'm talkin' about....if he can marry the game of basketball...he will..he he he. As we, my lil brother, his girlfriend suzette, Anjeli & I were going around the mall tryin to think of what to get him. My brother had asked "Uni, does abang jeffry want to got to a basketball game?" I said "of course...y?"
It turns out...my brother had extra tickets to go to the Golden State Warriors game! I just bought it from him! There goes my gift!!! hi hi hi Jeffry's pretty physiked to go to this game...only if it was the Lakers vs Warriors...but it's all good..yang penting dapet tiket utk nonton basket yah gak?? =D

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY my Anjeliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!! We had celebrated her birthday at her school today. I had ordered a Chocolate Strawberry cake from this cafe/bakery named "Tart 2 Tart". The cakes there are awesome! They didn't allow having cake to early in the day...so we had planned it for around 3pm. Jadinya, in the morning, I had dropped off Jeffry to work then the kids to school...and to kill time till 3pm...I tried to call sisca to see if she wanted to hang out...but she couldn't cuz she had to go to work...So, then akhirnya just hung out with Ariya. We had Dim Sum, then picked up the cake...abis ituh...jalan2 di Haight Street. Dropped off Ariya back home..cuz he gotta get ready for work..he couldn't come with us to Anjeli's school...Picked up Jeffry..then went straight to Anjeli's school....
It's a trip to see how fast time flies...like i've said many times in my recent posts in this blog. If only i can turn back time... =)
Next up...Parisha's Birthday! That's not till next month though...phewwww!
As for now, I'm on vacation for 4 weeks..i'm taking my last maternity leave...cuz i didn't use the whole six weeks. Here in the states, u can spread out your leave during the year...So you get 4 weeks before labor and 6 weeks after. And another 6 weeks for baby bonding...That's a total of 16 weeks..almost 4 months! So the baby bonding part i didn't use it all up I had only use 2 weeks of it. Sounds confusing huh??? You can use it anytime during the 1st year of birth...As long as u us it up before the baby turns 1 year old...I'm glad that i had saved it =) I wish i was able to go visit Jakarta....but can't =( Jadi, sekarang santai2 ajah deh dirumah...heheheh it's nice though...
People @ work and outside of work get all confused when i told them that i'm on leave of absense for maternity...they all thought i'm pregnant again!
So..to all my friends out there....u guys i am not pregnant again!! i'm not a rabbit u knowwwwwww..he he he
